London, United Kingdom- ITV has confirmed the full line-up for the second series of I’m a Celebrity… South Africa, featuring 12 returning contestants including Olympic champion Mo Farah and television personality Gemma Collins, with the all-star edition set to air from April 6, 2026. The broadcaster announced the cast on March 9, saying the pre-recorded series will reunite notable contestants from past seasons for new trials in the South African wilderness.
The spin-off series, hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, is filmed in Kruger National Park and brings together former contestants who previously appeared on the long-running reality franchise. According to ITV, the programme was recorded in 2025 and will air on ITV1, STV and the streaming platform ITVX.
The confirmed contestants include former winners Scarlett Moffatt and Harry Redknapp, alongside actor Adam Thomas, singer Sinitta, comedian Seann Walsh, former boxer David Haye, presenter Ashley Roberts, former footballer Jimmy Bullard, actress Beverley Callard and broadcaster Craig Charles.
The format differs from the original Australian-based show by bringing back former contestants rather than introducing new celebrities. Participants face physical and endurance challenges known as Bushtucker Trials in the South African savannah, with producers promising tougher tasks than previous editions.
Unlike the 2023 debut season, the 2026 series will conclude with a live grand final broadcast from London on April 24, where viewers will vote to decide the winner, ITV said.
The spin-off first launched in 2023 with returning celebrities competing to be crowned the inaugural “Legend of the Jungle,” a title won by singer and presenter Myleene Klass.
The upcoming season marks the franchise’s return to South Africa after a three-year break, bringing together fan-favourite contestants for another competition in the remote wilderness.
